Cooking Class by Orange Kitchen, located in TBK Loyang, owned by Teh Uceu, one of moderator of Orange Kitchen Mailing List.
Kind of cake : Marmer Cake, Peanut Cake, Fruit Vanilla, Triple Choco Caramel cake (TCCC).
For Fruit Vanilla & TCCC, are Basic Cake : Sponge cake, Ganache Filling, covered by ganache.
Peanut Cake & marmer cake are kind of Butter cake.
Teacher : Teh Uceu & Mbak Ina.
